Weavvork pieces are crafted with natural woven materials and artisan techniques. With proper care, each piece can bring warmth, texture and timeless character into your home for years to come.

Natural Materials

Many of our pieces are made with rattan, cane, wicker and other natural woven fibers. Because these materials come from nature and are shaped by hand, slight variations in color, tone, texture and weave are expected.

These natural differences are part of the beauty of handcrafted furniture and make each Weavvork piece unique.

General Care

To preserve the beauty of your piece:

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
Wipe gently with a lightly damp cloth when needed.
Avoid soaking the material with water.
Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach or abrasive cleaners.
Keep away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
Avoid placing heavy pressure on delicate woven areas.

Rattan & Woven Furniture Care

Natural rattan and woven fibers respond to changes in temperature, humidity and sunlight. To help maintain their shape and finish, place your furniture in a dry, well-ventilated area.

For indoor pieces, avoid placing them too close to heaters, fireplaces, air conditioners or areas with high humidity.

For covered outdoor use, protect natural rattan from direct rain, standing water and harsh weather. If your piece becomes damp, wipe it dry and allow it to air out fully before use.

Cleaning Tips

For everyday cleaning, use a soft cloth or a soft-bristle brush to remove dust from woven details.

For small spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing aggressively, as this may affect the woven texture or finish.

Do not pressure wash, steam clean or fully submerge woven furniture.

Cushions & Upholstered Details

If your product includes cushions or upholstered details, follow the care instructions listed on the product page. Keep fabric areas dry and clean spills as soon as possible.

For removable cushion covers, professional cleaning may be recommended depending on the fabric.

Metal & Wood Frames

Some Weavvork pieces may include metal or wood frames. Wipe frames with a soft dry cloth and avoid using harsh cleaners. For metal frames, keep away from excessive moisture to help prevent rust or finish damage.

Outdoor Use

Some pieces may be suitable for covered outdoor areas, depending on the product. Please check the product description before placing an item outdoors.

Natural woven furniture should not be left exposed to heavy rain, direct moisture or extreme weather conditions. When not in use, we recommend storing outdoor pieces in a covered, dry area or using a protective furniture cover.

Long-Term Care

Over time, natural materials may develop subtle changes in tone, texture and finish. This is part of the character of handcrafted furniture.

To extend the life of your piece, treat it gently, keep it dry and protect it from harsh environmental conditions.
